The RESTAURANT “BAROQUE NIGHTS”

This new restaurant has recently opened at the Villa Mathis and complements the ephemeral dining concept which we already offer in the gardens of the villas. 

Here one sits comfortably in an area inspired by Italian baroque yet incorporating traditional materials such as the Alang-Alang which already covers the roofs of the villas. The gentle tinkling of the crystal, the solid, velvety, 18th century style chairs and the softness of the draperies are modernized by a bold choice of variegated patterns in white-gray-black. 



Located above the Spa, and complete with a bar area offering a wide range of cocktails, the restaurant "Baroque Nights" offers "Fine Dining" prepared by our young chef. Every evening a different Tasting menu is complemented by an extensive wine list offering wines from around the world and accompanied by the strains of gentle and appropriate background music.  Be they moments of intimacy or festivity, the Renaissance charm of this restaurant never fails to please !
