COOKERY CLASSES in the hotel: the “ATELIER des SENS"

The classes of the “Atelier des Sens” (literally “Workshop of the Senses” !) are organised by our own chef, who will first accompany you to the market before revealing his little secrets in the kitchen of one of the villas.

It is in a spirit of transmission of know-how that you will discover the local spices, herbs and aromatics, the vegetables from the vegetable gardens of Asia and the secrets of preparing traditional recipes. 

In a convivial atmosphere, you will discover a world of smells and colours, a world in which experimentation eventually gives way to the pleasures of the palate as you taste the dishes you have concocted.
