Whether you are sailing enthusiast or just keen to do a cruise off the coast of Bali, on board the Ikan Terbang, the “Flying Fish”, you will enjoy a novel and exciting experience. As its name implies, you will be pleasantly surprised by the impressive cruising speed of this yacht, built using the traditional methods of the "Bugis" people of Sulawesi.
Exclusively reserved for your use to ensure your privacy on board, the Ikan Terbang can accommodate up to 10 passengers. Inside and outside, in the sun or in the shade, you will find comfortable and luxurious spots for relaxation and leisure with the only background sounds being, if the winds are favourable, the sighing of the breeze in the sails and the rippling of the water as the hull cuts through the waves.
Throughout your cruise, your Captain, a deck-hand and, for the majority of English-speaking groups, a courier, are there to ensure your safety and comfort on board. Attentive to your every whim, they will also bring you snacks, refreshments and a quality lunch. Depending on winds, currents and tides, you will be offered the choice between several possible cruises*:
- An extended sailing trip towards the shores of South-East Bali
along the beaches of Nusa Dua to the cliffs of the Bukit Peninsula.
- Sailing with the wind to get the best performance out of the boat.
- A crossing to Nusa Lembongan or Nusa Penida, with the possibility of swimming or exploring underwater and perhaps even a rewarding exploratory hike on the island **
